ABC scans your documents and captures a corresponding digital image in TIFF, PDF or JPG format.  Once scanned, our software creates custom load files, including Concordance, Opticon, Summation, IPRO or Sanction.  ABC Scanning also archives all projects for future use (blowbacks, revisions, etc.)

Electronic Branding
Once documents are scanned, ABC Scanning’s software electronically burns an alpha-numeric Bates number or Confidential/Attorney’s Eyes Only designation to each image, which can be applied to any of six different points on the page.

Blowbacks & Digital Printing
ABC Scanning digitally prints from TIFF, PDF, JPEG and many other formats and turns them into workable paper copies.  Images are selectively printed by Bates range or by various categorizations.

Optical Character Recognition (OCR)

With Optical Character Recognition (OCR), ABC Scanning converts documents (printed or scanned) into text files, which allows you to utilize them in your litigation software program.  Once OCR is complete, documents are instantly searchable within the database.
