ABC Digital Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest level of electronic document veracity and integrity. All data handling processes and procedures are modeled after the e-discovery amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 16. During this phase, we focus on preservation and capturing the entire scope of electronic media which is then available for follow-on analysis and identification.

• Logs: Reproducible custody logs, evidence logs and media control numbers
• Audit: Electronic audit directory with log files for all processes
• End of Life Disposition: Data destruction and erasure, audits and declarations
