Walt Townes
Co-Founder, President
Walt Townes has owned and operated successful service based businesses for over 25 years. In 1994, he co-founded Retail Lockbox - a payment processing and digital imaging company that handles over $15 billion per year in deposits and millions of images per month. Mr. Townes has a strong background in operations management with a focus on building teams that deliver consistent quality and responsive customer service. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Business, Mr. Townes lives in Los Angeles.
Craig Dawson
Co-Founder
Craig Dawson is President and CEO of Retail Lockbox  the largest payment processing and digital image capture company in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to co-founding Retail Lockbox, Mr. Dawson was a senior sales executive with Unisys Corporation where he sold mainframe computers and designed software solutions for major accounts in the software, transportation, publishing, and high technology arenas.
Mr. Dawson is on the Board of Directors of the Washington Roundtable, the BOLD Initiative, the University of Washington Business and Economic Development Committee, Rainier Scholars Resource Council, Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Rotary of Downtown Seattle. Born in Seattle, Washington, Mr. Dawson graduated from the University of Washington School of Business with a degree in Finance and Marketing. He is married and has two children.
Masood Ektefaie
General Manager
Masood Ektefaie has over 15 years of successful operations experience. Prior to joining ABC Digital Solutions, he managed the reprographics division of Symplex Digital Solutions at the Federal Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. For 12 years, Mr. Ektefaie was Senior Area Manager for McDonalds Corporation managing 13 stores in the greater Los Angeles area where he earned numerous awards as a top performing manager. Mr. Ektefaie is a graduate of GCC with a degree in accounting. Born in Iran, Mr. Ektefaie is married and lives in Los Angeles.
Sheldon Barnett
CIO
Sheldon Barnett’s background includes 30 years in programming, system analysis, system design, installation, technical support, project management, and consulting. He has held positions at Mentor Consultants, Burroughs, Shared Medical Systems, DDI, and Interax.
Mr. Barnett is an expert in the field of document imaging and payment processing and has experience in developing systems in multiple languages. He has successfully completed extensive system designs in the banking, financial services, healthcare, judiciary, manufacturing, government, retail point of sale, and energy management industries. Mr. Barnett has designed and implemented imaging and check processing solutions for Wachovia Bank, Chase Bank, Bank of New York, and the Bank of Montreal. Prior to ABC Digital Solutions, he owned and operated his own software consulting company for 25 years.
Born in Pennsylvania, Mr. Barnett has a B.S. in Mathematics from the Florida Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology.
Arthur Cerda
Principal
Arthur Cerda has over 18 years of experience in the reprographics business in Century City. In 1998 Mr. Cerda founded Doculogic  a reprographics company he owned and operated until merging with ABC Digital Solutions in 2009. Mr. Cerda worked on the law firm side of the business for five years at the firm of Irell & Manella and  first started in the reprographics business in 1990 working for Century reprographics. Mr. Cerda was born and raised in East Los Angles.
Cory Alexander
Senior Sales Consultant
Senior Sales Consultant, Cory Alexander has been in the industry for 10 years. Starting out as a copy operator and continuing to work on the production side for 6 years, Alexander’s thorough and conscientious attention to detail led him to customer relations before ultimately moving on to sales. His combination of hands-on production experience and customer outreach skills translates into a well-rounded understanding of his client’s needs. A native of Los Angeles, Alexander has 2 children and counts cooking and drawing amongst his hobbies.
Ray Arauz
Senior Sales Consultant
Senior Sales Consultant Ray Arauz comes to ABC Digital Solutions with more than 10 years of litigation support experience. Arauz began his career with Pitney Bowes specializing in client relations for the company’s many legal customers. This soon led to an in-house position with a law firm which included managing the company’s litigation support operations. With an in-house perspective of the legal industry’s needs Arauz moved to the litigation support field. Arauz went on to handle $100,000 of support services on a monthly basis and manage his own Downtown LA shop, prior to joining ABC. An avid golfer, Arauz lives in Los Angeles and is married with three children.
Reggie Carter
Senior Sales Consultant
Reggie Carter has over 30 years of client sales and customer service experience. For the past 12 years Mr. Carter has worked in Century City servicing the legal community with reprographic and scanning services. Prior to his work in the litigation support industry, Mr. Carter was a Facilities Manager for IBM. Mr. Carter was a member of the US Armed Forces; he currently lives in Los Angeles and is active in the music and art communities.
Guillermo Castro
Project Management & Client Sales
Having provided litigation support services in Century City for over 2 decades, Guillermo Castro is a crucial member of ABC Digital Solutions, overseeing Client Relations and Operations at the company’s 10100 location. Beginning his career as a Copy Operator, Castro performed all facets of litigation support and reprographic services before becoming Operations Manager of a business handling $500,000 of litigation support services per month. After eight years of overseeing high-volume production, Castro channeled his skills into opening his own litigation support business. Castro’s venture quickly drew notice leading to a successful merger. Castro maintained Operations for the newly merged company for 8 years before joining ABC Digital Solutions. Castro lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
Colin Dunn
Senior Sales Consultant
Senior Sales Consultant, Colin Dunn, brings 11 years of litigation support experience to ABC Digital Solutions. Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska Colin made the move to Northern California to attend Santa Clarita University where he graduated in 1999 with a major in Organizational and Business Management. A proactive team player and a member of Sigma Pi fraternity Colin was elected Rush Chair for the Santa Clara University’s Inter-Greek Council and later honored with the Buck Bannan Leadership Award. A competitive cross country runner and intramural soccer player, Colin is also a golf addict who avidly connects his clients to his network of contacts over 18 holes. Calling Torrance home, he is married with two children.
Hugo Jimenez

A Senior Sales Consultant, Hugo Jimenez has been in the industry for 18 years. Jimenez has uniquely in-depth knowledge of his clients’ needs, having started out as a copy operator and performing multiple roles in the production cycle throughout the years. With an insider’s view of the many changes the industry has undergone, Jimenez is focused on the need to provide his clients not only with hands-on and conscientious service, but the latest in technology as well. Known for his passion and diligence in making sure a job is completed timely and accurately, Jimenez brings invaluable support to the entire ABC team. A resident of Los Angeles, he has 3 children.
